Coverage Varies by Product
Illuminex equipment warranty coverage differs by product line and model. The warranty duration that applies to a specific product is shown on that product’s page and in its product documentation.
Where a duration is described as "up to" a number of years, that is the maximum coverage available across eligible products — it is not a promise that every product carries that term.
What Is Covered
Illuminex equipment is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, for the warranty period applicable to the product, from the original date of purchase.
To help us honour your coverage quickly, keep your proof of purchase and register your product after installation.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized modification or repair, use with unsuitable electrical supply or plumbing, or normal wear items.
Full exclusions and conditions for your product are included with its documentation. Where a claim is denied under these exclusions, we will explain the reason and, where possible, recommend next steps.
How to Request Warranty Service
If you believe your Illuminex product has a defect covered by its warranty, submit a warranty request and our support team will review it with you.
Registering your product and having your proof of purchase available speeds up the review. Your local Illuminex installer can also assist with diagnosis and warranty service.
